Good Bye from the WTC
Manju Joshi
Bridgewater, NJ — It was a bright
sunny morning in the United States on September 11, 2001 when terrorists
hijacked commercial passenger jet airliners and intentionally crashed two of
the airliners into the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center in New York City –
turning it into rubbles. The attacks devastated the whole world. In the midst of
America’s grief, suspicions are being brought to light as investigations are
going on. Witness how one
man changed the lives of the ones he left behind as he perished in the 9/11
attacks in Manju Joshi’s compelling novel of love, courage and survival, Good
Bye from the WTC. Daniel’s demise
left his family and friends with feelings of emptiness, old memories and
unanswered questions. See confusions through Laura’s eyes as she discovers her
true feelings for Daniel and begins to question her feelings for her husband,
Robert. Follow the journey to recovery for Laura and Daniel’s family as they
slowly pick up the pieces and start a new life – without Daniel. Bear witness to
the unfolding of new lives – awakened from a terrible nightmare, renewed faith
in God – as Daniel’s loved ones turned the sorrow of his loss into strength. Author Manju Joshi has written
several articles and stories in English and Marathi. She holds a Master’s
Degree in Linguistics (Sanskrit) and Yoga. Manju is also the co-founder of Gurukul
Yoga Holistic Center, A Science of Living Institution in Bridgewater, NJ, which
serves people of all ages with the science of holistic living. At present, she
lives with her husband Prashant and her two daughters Veda and Illa in
Bridgewater, New Jersey. |
